M3 Handiworks is our resident handyman at my business, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He is always on time, follows through, and completes every single job to full satisfaction.

He has handled everything from very small projects like assembling items that arrive in the mail, furniture, fixtures, and random odds and ends, to much larger projects such as completely overhauling our closets and storage areas. He helped turn them into far more functional, space-efficient systems by installing shelving and building out thoughtful, creative solutions.

I like things to look exactly how I envision them, and he has never once made me feel difficult. Every member of my staff loves having him around, and he has genuinely become part of our work family. He communicates clearly and proactively, and when I mention an idea, he often starts working on it right away, sending options, suggestions, and solutions quickly.

What I appreciate most is his honesty and integrity. If a job is outside his scope, such as certain electrical or plumbing work, he is upfront about it and helps guide me in the right direction. He explains exactly what is needed, shares links, and even helps me think through how to move forward with the appropriate subcontractor.
